video editing
video editing is where a lot of my other skills come together. storytelling, pacing, and knowing what actually makes someone stop scrolling instead of swiping past, all of it lives here. it's less about flashy effects and more about editing with intention. that means deciding what to edit out, what to keep, and how long is "too long" before someone taps away.
Client
personal (@vivslilcorner), Team Foster, plus other client work
Services
video editing, short form content, motion pacing and storytelling, capcut, adobe premiere pro, edits

i started editing for my own content on @vivslilcorner. i edit reels and short form videos in capcut/edits, matching the same visual identity as my photos and graphics. you can take a look at a couple of my favorites below!
that instinct carries straight into brand work. at Team Foster, i edit short form video from the events i cover in person. the video below is one i made from the footage i captured on site at Ruff Ride NYC on the same day!
across every role i've had, video has been part of the same job. it needs to work the moment someone's scrolling. it can't just look good sitting on the feed.
i edit almost everything on my phone, making it easier for me to work on-the-go. I also make use of captions, pacing cuts, and trending audio where it fits the content. the tools change depending on the platform but the goal stays the same, keep someone watching until the end!
